Dr. Spires is a Board Certified Urologist practicing in Pasco and Hernando Counties since 2002. He is a graduate of the University Of Alabama School Of Medicine, Birmingham, Alabama, and completed his surgical and urology training at Louisiana State University, Shreveport, Louisiana. He is a diplomat of the American Board of Urology, and is licensed by the State of Florida Board of Medicine.

Dr. Spires has served on many committees at both Regional Medical Center Bayonet Point and Oakhill Hospitals. He serves as the Vice Chief of Surgery and is on the Medical Executive Committee at Regional Medical Center, Bayonet Point. He participates in meetings with the American Urologic Association, The Florida Urologic Society and the Tampa Bay Urologic Society.

He is active in pursuing the latest techniques and innovations in the field of urology. He offers a wide range of minimally invasive surgeries for benign prostate problems. He is committed to offering state of the art urological services with compassion to his patients.
